EAST RIDGE RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, USAThe founders and principal owners of Bond Building Systems, Inc. developed and constructed the East Ridge Residential Community. These houses were constructed using Bond’s proprietary components that resulted in hurricane and earthquake resistant homes of approximately 1300 square feet. The houses have a very attractive upscale appearance with quality interior and exterior finishing details, appliances, landscaping, and brick paver driveways and patios. They very quickly pre-sold and the project was not only a financial success, but it has been recognized as a significant enhancement to the Boynton Beach community.
RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY
SAN PEDRO SULA, HONDURASThe founders and principal owners of Bond Building Systems, Inc. developed and constructed a residential community in San Pedro Sula, Honduras consisting of fifty (50) homes. These are very durable cost effective zero-lot-line quadraplex buildings containing four residences of approximately 54 square meters (585 sq. ft.) each. We were able to profitably deliver these homes finished to Developing Nation standards. The project was very well received in the community and a financial institution promptly sold all of the homes through a local mortgage program somewhat similar to our “Funding Plan for Housing in Developing Nations” included in this Web Site.
BROWARD COUNTY, FLORIDA
BOND CLASSROOMSThe Bond Building System was used to build hurricane, earthquake, termite, and fire resistant classrooms to relieve overcrowding without adding more mobile-home type portable classrooms that must be vacated during storms. These 4-plex Bond Classroom Buildings can be used as community storm shelters as well as school classrooms and will last for many years to come.
